Telstra have advised us that SHDSL customers in South Australia, may currently be experiencing a loss of Internet connectivity/packet loss issues. Telstra are aware of this issue however no Estimated Time of Restoration is currently available.

Telstra have advised the issue has been isolated to a core network, engineers are currently working to restore network performance.

Telstra engineers are performing failover to an alternate path at 21/04/2014 01:00 CST to mitigate this issue.
