Technicians have discovered that some ADSL services connecting in South Australia may be experiencing difficulties connecting to the Internet. Internode technicians are investigating the fault condition with no ETR at this stage. Further information will be provided before 17/04/2014 17:00 ACST.

Technicians have confirmed that some ADSL services in both the Northern Territory and South Australia may be experiencing difficulties connecting to the Internet. Technicians are progressively restoring services while investigations are ongoing. No ETA has been issued and further information will be provided before the 17/04/2013 17:00 ACST.

Internode technicians have resolved this fault condition. Residential and Business Customers who are still experiencing issues are encouraged to powercycle their modem. Should issues remain, please call the Helpdesk on 1300 788 233 between the hours of 7am and midnight.
