Our Wholesale Provider has confirmed they are investigating a fault condition that is impacting a small subset of ADSL services on the Ceduna exchange. No ETR is currently available. More information will be provided in the next scheduled update on 08/08/2013 before 10:00 ACST.

Our Wholesale Provider confirms the fault affecting ADSL services on the Ceduna exchange has been resolved. Residential and Business Customers who are still experiencing issues, should call the Helpdesk on 1300 788 233 between the hours of 7am and midnight. Corporate Customers please contact Corporate Support on the number provided in your Quick Reference guide.
