On-net ADSL customers in Port Lincoln will have been disconnected from and unable to reconnect to the internet. Affected customers will have been unable to access websites and check email. Please be aware Nodephone customers will have been unable to place or receive calls.
We have lost connectivity to a network device.
Engineers are currently investigating.

A technician is en-route with replacement hardware and is expected to be on-site at approximately 7:30pm ACST

Technician has replaced failed hardware restoring connectivity at approximately 6:35pm ACST.
