DSL customers in South Australia and the Northern Territory may experience slow speeds and timeouts during peak times when using the internet. A fault has been lodged with our network partner however there is no current ETR available. An update will be provided by 12.00pm CDT 27/03/2015 or as new information becomes available.
UPDATE: 27/03/2015 07:00 ACDT:
Our network partner has restored connectivity and customers will no longer be experiencing slow speeds. A reason for outage will be obtained to prevent a recurrence.
