Services: Home DSL, Business DSL Areas: AU Start: Tue Feb 11 04:00:00 2014 End: Tue Feb 11 15:35:00 2014 Due to a technical issue, some ADSL customers may be experiencing issues with their usage not rolling over and/or shaping. Internode Engineers are aware of this issue, and are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Updates will be provided to this advisory as they come to hand. UPDATE: 11/02/2014 09:55 ACDT: Internode technicians have resolved the fault condition impacting usage roll overs. Please allow up to 90 minutes for services usage to roll over. Further updates will be provided in the next scheduled update on the 11/02/2014 before 17:00 ACDT. UPDATE: 11/02/2014 15:36 ACDT: This issue is now resolved. Residential and Business Customers who are still experiencing issues, should call the Helpdesk on 1300 788 233 between the hours of 7am and midnight. Corporate Customers please contact Corporate Support on the number provided in your Quick Reference guide.
