Technicians are currently investigating a fault condition impacting the NodeMobile Voice toolbox. Customers may be unable to access the 'Edit Settings' or 'View Usage' sections of the toolbox. Further information will be provided in the next scheduled update on the 26/11/2013 before 17:00 ACDT.

This issue has been resolved. Residential and Business Customers who are still experiencing issues, should call the Helpdesk on 1300 788 233 between the hours of 7am and midnight. Corporate Customers please contact Corporate Support on the number provided in your Quick Reference guide.
